7.2 Topsides and Substructure Removals Figure 25 shows the forecast topside weight to be removed from the Norwegian, Dutch and Danish Continental Shelves between 2018 and 2027. The majority of the topsides removals activity is taking place after 2022, with 255,935 tonnes (72 per cent) of topsides being removed from this date onwards.

More than 130,000 tonnes are slated for removal on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, just over 150,000 tonnes from the Dutch Continental Shelf and almost 64,000 tonnes from the Danish Continental Shelf.
