The forecast substructure decommissioning (excluding CGBs) in the Norwegian, Dutch and Danish Continental Shelves are shown in Figure 26. As expected, there are similarities in Figures 24 and 25 with substructure decommissioning taking place after the topsides removal. Again, it should be noted that under OSPAR 98/3, the largest and oldest substructures in these regions may be decommissioned in situ if derogation is justified and granted. Therefore, the chart does not represent expected removal weights. 7
