Offshore Petroleum Regulator for Environment and Decommissioning OSPAR is the mechanism by which 15 Governments & the EU cooperate to protect the marine environment of the North-East Atlantic. Reverse installation whereby the topsides modules are lifted separately onto a transportation barge or the deck of the crane vessel before being taken onshore.
